Engineering Review
Our 15 engineers support specification review and product development.
Buyers can submit technical drawings, product specifications, physical samples, product photographs or existing product references. The engineering review covers product structure, dimensions, materials, cable or connector configuration and applicable technical parameters.
For existing products, the supplied information is used to identify the applicable product specification. For new or modified products, the required changes are reviewed before sample development.
Sample Development
New or modified products can proceed to sample development after the product specification is confirmed.
The sample is produced according to the agreed structure, materials, dimensions and technical requirements. Buyers can review the sample before regular production.
For existing products with confirmed specifications, samples can be provided according to the buyer's requirements.

Sample Development
For new or modified products, a sample is produced according to the confirmed specification for evaluation.
Sample Confirmation
The buyer checks the sample against the agreed specification. Required changes are reviewed before production preparation.
Production Preparation
The confirmed specification, quantity, packaging, labeling and delivery requirements are prepared for production.
Regular Production
The approved product is manufactured according to the confirmed specification and order requirements.
Shipment
