Quality Control from Incoming Materials to Shipment
Quality inspection covers the main manufacturing stages from incoming materials to finished products. The process includes material inspection, production preparation, in-process inspection, measurement and testing, final product inspection, and inspection records.
Incoming Material Inspection
Purchased raw materials and components are inspected before entering production.
The inspection focuses on whether the incoming materials meet the applicable product and production requirements. Materials are checked before they are released for use in manufacturing.
Production Preparation Check
Before production starts, the applicable product specifications and production requirements are confirmed.
Materials, product configuration and manufacturing requirements are reviewed according to the relevant product or order specification before entering the production process.
In-Process Inspection
The IPQC team monitors the production process during manufacturing.
Inspection is carried out at applicable production stages to monitor process conditions and relevant product parameters. Process deviations can therefore be identified during production rather than only after the product is completed.
Measurement & Testing
Production and measurement equipment is used according to the product type and applicable testing requirements.
The factory uses equipment from Rosendahl, Agilent, Fujikura, EXFO, Yokogawa and Fluke, covering cable production, fiber optic testing, electrical measurement and other applicable measurement requirements.
Final Product Inspection
Finished products are inspected before shipment.
The inspection covers applicable product requirements, which may include product dimensions, construction, materials and relevant optical, electrical or mechanical parameters depending on the product.
The final inspection provides a final check against the applicable product specification before the goods are released for shipment.
Inspection Records & Shipment
Inspection results are recorded for applicable products and batches.
Quality inspection reports are available for applicable batches, providing buyers with documented inspection information for the corresponding shipment.
After the required inspection is completed, products are prepared and shipped according to the confirmed order requirements.
